A top tip from our colleague Rebecca Kett-Young, Team Manager for the Partnership Advisory Team:
Did you realise you can use IntermediaryWorld to run reports on your portfolio? For example you can run a Failed Payment report which gives details of any policies under your portfolio which payment has been attempted from a creditcard or direct debit, with an unsuccessful collection in the last 30 days.
