Bupa International has just entered into a new agreement with Raffles Medical Group to offer direct settlement at its flagship hospital Raffles Hospital in the heart of Singapore, its 16 specialist centres, and across 65 multi-disciplinary primary care (GP) clinics throughout Singapore visit www.bupa-intl.com/facilities-finder

Bupa International members can take advantage of this arrangement by simply leaving a swipe of their credit card at the clinic each time they go for treatment. This will cover any deductibles, shortfalls or treatments not covered under the plan.
The process is simple: complete the claim form as usual, leave a swipe of your credit card and the clinic will send their bill, together with the claim form directly to Bupa International. If there is a shortfall, the clinic will inform you before a deduction is made.
If members aren’t happy leaving their credit card swipe – then they can feel free to pay and claim!
